Why is my transfer pending?
Transfers can be pending due to bank network delays. If it stays pending for long, contact support with your reference.
How do I fund my wallet?
Use the Receive/Fund page to copy your funding account details. You can also use card funding (if enabled).
How do I change my transfer PIN?
Go to Settings → Transfer PIN to set or change your PIN.
Why do I need KYC?
